At Velune™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

All return requests must be approved by our support team before any item is shipped back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, modification, or use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or for any reason unrelated to a defect or shipping error, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.velune.us@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
In cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Velune™ will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. In most cases, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
