Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are typically between 6–9 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier availability, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Velune™ may offer free shipping promotions. Such promotions are subject to change without notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Velune™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Velune™ has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict the amount of any additional charges.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Velune™ is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Weather conditions
- Transportation disruptions
- Peak holiday seasons
- High order volumes
- Force majeure events
- Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Such delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
If your package is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, Velune™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly if they believe a delivered package is missing.
